Total Bliss Wellness Wins Two 2026 Best of Sierra Nevada Awards

We are incredibly honored and excited to share some very special news: Total Bliss Wellness has been recognized as a 2026 Best of Sierra Nevada winner in TWO categories!

In our first year open, we were awarded:

🏆 GOLD — Health & Wellness: Alternative Therapies
🥉 BRONZE — Women-Owned Businesses

To receive this recognition after opening our doors for the very first time this year is a huge accomplishment for us, and one we do not take lightly.

A Big Thank You to Our Community

From the beginning, our goal has been to create a space in South Reno where wellness and recovery can become part of your lifestyle — a place to slow down, reset, recover, and invest in yourself.

Being recognized by the community means so much because Total Bliss Wellness was created for you — our members, clients, friends, neighbors, and everyone who has supported us along the way.

Thank you for welcoming us into the South Reno community, trying something new with us, sharing your experiences, bringing your friends and family through our doors, and believing in the wellness and recovery services we offer.

Our space brings together a variety of wellness experiences, including infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge, contrast therapy, steam sauna, halotherapy salt therapy, compression therapy, wellness coaching, and more — all designed to give you more ways to take care of yourself under one roof.

And This Is Just the Beginning

While we are celebrating this milestone, we’re even more excited about what’s ahead. We look forward to continuing to grow, bringing new experiences and wellness opportunities to our community, partnering with other local businesses, and making Total Bliss a place where South Reno can continue to recover, recharge, connect, and feel its best.

We are so grateful to everyone who has been part of our first year. Thank you for believing in Total Bliss Wellness and helping us make this dream a reality.
