  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.


1.3 Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipping and delivery fees are additional and calculated at checkout.

  • We aim to process and ship orders within a timely manner. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Total Bliss Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.


1.4 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason.

  • Appointments must be completed within 6 months of cancellation, are non-refundable, and always reschedulable.

  • Supplement sales are final and cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
